Limited Warranty
Adesso Inc. warrants that, for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser, the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will conform to its published specifications.
If a defect arises during the warranty period, Adesso Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge, provided it is returned to Adesso within the warranty period with freight charges prepaid.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Products damaged through improper handling, abuse, negligence, or accident
- Improper installation or unauthorized repair/modification
- Use with components not approved by Adesso
- Products where sealed assembly traces, serial numbers, or labels have been removed or tampered with
Warranty Service Instructions
Before returning any product for service, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Adesso.
When returning a product:
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Include your name, shipping address (no P.O. boxes), phone number, and proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
- Ship the product freight-prepaid to Adesso Inc.
