Acts of hidden work in construction or hidden work in construction

The act of hidden work is a document that is signed by both parties upon the acceptance of work, which will then be “hidden” during the further construction of the structure. If it is signed, it means that the quality of the work performed suits both the customer and the controlling organizations.

Hidden construction work

As already mentioned above, hidden are the work on installation, erection of systems and structures, which will then be hidden behind other structures or systems of the building. The most striking example is the foundation. When it is built, walls immediately begin to be erected above it, "hiding" it from the eyes.

In addition to the foundation, on the same basis, it is possible to determine the floor slabs, both floor and ceiling, waterproofing work of the foundation and floors, thermal insulation and reinforcement of any structures and systems. Often this also includes work on laying intra-wall communications: wiring, communications, etc. It also includes all kinds of frame structures, but they are mainly associated with the “earth” cycle and the arrangement of foundations or monolithic walls and ceilings.

In general, we can say that such acts are needed to certify the quality of work performed when:

- earthworks of any type, if a structure is erected above them,
- the construction of foundations and bases of any type,
- monolithic concrete work,
- installation and assembly of their steel frames, which will be sheathed, mounted on walls,
- work on the insulation of the structure (heat and waterproofing),
- after installation of all engineering systems,
- after installation and installation of technological equipment.

Acts of hidden work in construction

Acts must be drawn up and signed without fail. They have two copies, one for the customer and the contractor. They consist of a registered and design part. In the first, the name of the company or the names of those performing and accepting the work, as well as the one that designed and prepared the documentation for the work, is indicated.

The act is based on the adopted design of the building, it indicates the name of the work performed, on the basis of which they were performed (specific link to the design documentation), what materials and equipment were used, indicating compliance with all of the above SNiPam.

Acts are signed by the parties, or by their authorized representatives, as well as by persons who control and supervise the construction, as well as the manufacturer of the design work. Documents are stored until the end of construction and are included in the package for acceptance and transfer of the finished structure. SEXLVIV.COM
