We have provided most of our Frequent
Asked Questions (FAQs) on our website. Prior to
requesting an RMA, please try and troubleshoot your Adesso
product either by visiting our FAQ's or our Technical Support
Department. You may also reach our Technical Support Department
at support@adesso.com.
If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, please e-mail
rma@adesso.com to start the
RMA process. Once all the terms and conditions are read and
agreed to, the following steps are a guideline to Adesso's
RMA process. Each step must be completed to ensure the best
service possible. The required fields (indicated by a *) must be
provided.
*Select the type of RMA you
would like from the options below.
Please note: All RMA requests outside of the U.S. must
contain an invoice or proof of purchase from Adesso
directly.
- Enter you shipping and
contact information
- Specify the product(s)
that you would like serviced. Please provide the serial
number of each product that you are returning.
- PLEASE READ OUR TERMS
AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR SPECIFIC RMA ND AGREE OR DISAGREE
TO THE TERMS.
- Once all is completed
you will receive instructions via e-mail on how to
proceed with your RMA
Shipping Terms:
The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs related to
the return of the defective product(s).
The shipping options are for
the US only. All International orders will be shipped as
"standard".
RMA Options:
*Standard RMA-
Customer will send defective product back to Adesso Inc.
Once Adesso receives the product(s), we will send a
replacement unit within 5 working days.
*Cross-Shipment RMA-
Adesso will send the replacement product to the
customer first. The customer is expected to return the
defective product within 30 days of receiving the new
product or the customer will be charged the full retail
value of the product.
Please note that in order to qualify for a cross
shipment, you must have purchased the product within the
first 30 days.
NOTE: This RMA type requires a credit card to
hold for security purposes. Adesso can guarantee that as
long as the product is received within the 30 day
period, your card will not be charged.
